All sales are final: Mili Mandala does not accept returns or exchanges on any products, and all purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law iubenda.com. We urge customers to carefully review all product details (such as size, color, and personalization) before completing a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have accepted this final-sale policy.
Mandatory Legal Exceptions
Our no-returns policy is subject only to the limited exceptions mandated by law. Notably:

EU Withdrawal Rights: Under EU consumer law, buyers generally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period during which they may cancel a distance (online) purchase europa.eu. For any in-stock, non-custom items sold to EU consumers, we comply only with the mandatory 14-day withdrawal right and any other statutory obligations; all other returns for change of mind or satisfaction are disclaimed.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Every jurisdiction grants consumers the right to a remedy if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. For example, EU law requires that sellers repair, replace or refund defective goods at no cost to the consumer europa.euiubenda.com. Likewise, in the U.S. and other markets, products that arrive damaged or materially different from the description are not considered “as advertised” and must be remedied. Therefore, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Aside from these legally required exceptions, no other returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. Reporting Damages or Errors
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify Mili Mandala within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence. We will guide you through the return shipment (if necessary) and apply the appropriate remedy. Per the statutory guarantee, we will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods europa.eufreeprivacypolicy.com. For an item lost or destroyed in transit, please also notify us promptly so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except as set forth above, all products are sold “AS IS.” Mili Mandala makes no warranties beyond those required by law. Statutory rights not affected: Nothing in this policy is intended to affect your mandatory legal rights. In particular, EU consumers retain their right to the minimum two-year legal guarantee for conformity of goods europa.eu.
